Always innovative and cutting edge, Stefan received the Pinnacle Award from Food Service
and Hospitality Magazine in November, 2000 for Restaurateur of the year for his highly
acclaimed restaurant, Seasons In Thyme of Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Stefan's
passion for food has pushed him to develop strong theories on flavor sensibility and
the seasonality of ingredients which he calls "natural order".
